Unabhängig davon, welche Gründe Sie haben, schlanker werden zu wollen: Abnehmen heißt nicht zwingend, eine anstrengende oder merkwürdige Diät machen zu müssen. Nicht fachgerecht durchgeführte Diäten können sogar Ihrer Gesundheit schaden.

Täglich werden wir mit Informationen und Diäten bombardiert, die uns verwirren und unserer Gesundheit weitaus mehr schaden als diese zu unterstützen. Um erfolgreich abzunehmen und lästige Kilos langfristig zu verlieren, ist es notwendig, den Ernährungsplan genau auf Sie abzustimmen und professionell betreut zu werden.

Einen Zaubertrunk in dem Sinn gibt es nicht. Abwarten und Tee trinken wird Sie auch nicht von überschüssigen Kilos befreien. Der Erfolg solcher Diäten ist oft nur sehr kurzfristig und eine Belastung für den Organismus. Das Abnehmen wird zusätzlich auch noch erschwert. Der Begriff Jojo-Effekt ist allseits bekannt. Betroffene Personen sind mit Beginn jeder neuen Diät dicker als zuvor.

Bei einer guten und erfolgreichen Diät nimmt man sehr langsam ab und führt dem Körper täglich die Nahrung zu, die er braucht. Es ist wichtig zu verstehen, dass Essgewohnheiten, wie der Name schon sagt, zunächst zur Gewohnheit werden müssen, und es daher für den Abnehmvorgang nicht zielführend ist, vom ersten Tag an zu hungern.

Zahlreiche Studien und die Erfahrung zeigen, dass nur durch zufriedenstellendes Essverhalten, sowie eine gute Betreuung im Umgang mit diesem Thema, sich langfristig Erfolge einstellen. Es ist für den Erfolg wichtig, Gegebenheiten an Patienten anzupassen, individuelles Essverhalten zu erkennen, den Lebensstil zu berücksichtigen, sowie das Diätprogramm von einem Experten beobachten zu lassen, da es eventuell auch nachträglich zu Änderungen im Speiseplan und bei den Gewohnheiten kommen kann. Sucht man sich nun professionelle Hilfe bzw. begibt man sich in eine Einrichtung für übergewichtige Personen, so wird zunächst eine umfangreiche Untersuchung durchgeführt. Für den Patientenbetreuer ist es von großem Vorteil, über dessen Gewohnheiten, Essverhalten, sowie das Essverhalten der Familie Bescheid zu wissen.

Es sollte nochmals erwähnt werden, dass Abnehmen nichts mit Hungern zu tun hat. Übergewicht steht in engem Zusammenhang mit gesundheitlichen Problemen.

Übergewicht ist ein Risikofaktor und führt zu Bluthochdruck, Erkrankungen der Blutgefäße, Herzerkrankungen, Zuckererkrankungen, Schlaganfällen und in manchen Fällen auch zu Tumorbildungen. Übergewicht gilt als führende Erkrankung weltweit. Es stellt sich also nicht die Frage der Optik, sondern vielmehr läuft man als Übergewichtiger Gefahr, chronisch zu erkranken.
