Rauchen ist gesund?

Rauchen ist gesund?
Die bekannte am längsten gelebt habende Frau, und damit Mensch, wurde 122 Jahre alt und hat bis zu ihrem 119 Lebensjahr geraucht.

Der heute verlässlich dokumentiert älteste Mensch ist Jeanne Calment (21. Februar 1875 – 4. August 1997). Die Französin wurde in der Stadt Arles in der Provence geboren. Als Kind hatte sie noch Vincent van Gogh kennengelernt. Ihre 122 Jahre und 164 Tage stellen die längste bisher zweifelsfrei dokumentierte Lebensdauer dar.

Calment fing mit 85 das Fechten an und fuhr noch als 100-Jährige Fahrrad. Bis zum Alter von 110 lebte sie alleine, erst 1985 zog sie in ein Altersheim. Bei einem Sturz im Alter von 115 Jahren brach sie sich zwei Knochen und war nach einer Operation fortan auf den Rollstuhl angewiesen. Blind und fast taub erlebte Calment ihre letzten Jahre, blieb aber geistig rege. Sie tat nach eigenen Aussagen nie etwas Besonderes, um gesund zu bleiben.

Jeanne Calment war seit 1896 Raucherin und versuchte erst 1992 mit 117 Jahren das Rauchen aufzugeben, kehrte jedoch ein Jahr später wieder zum Rauchen zurück. Endgültig Schluss war allerdings wiederum ein Jahr darauf im Alter von 119 Jahren. Infolge ihrer Blindheit war sie nicht mehr in der Lage, sich selbst eine Zigarette anzuzünden, und sie hasste es, andere um Hilfe zu bitten. Laut ihrem Arzt spielten dabei keine gesundheitlichen Aspekte, sondern vielmehr Calments Stolz eine Rolle. Sie selbst führte ihr Alter auf den Genuss von Olivenöl, Knoblauch, Gemüse und Portwein zurück.

Helmut Schmidt, ehemals deutscher Bundeskanzler, 2015 96 Jahre alt, ist bekennender Raucher und seit Kurzem, nach seinen Memoiren, auch bekennender Fremdgeher.

Ich selbst habe, bis auf eine Zigarette als ich 14 Jahre alt war, nie geraucht. Einerseits weil mir das Rauchen auf der Zunge brannte, insbesondere der einzige Joint den ich geraucht habe, andererseits weil es mir nicht schmeckte und es fürchterlich stank. Das waren also Gründe, die mit der Gesundheit als Entscheidung für oder gegen das Rauchen, nichts zu tun hatten.

Es scheint also so zu sein, wie die Datenerhebung unter der Leitung von Dr. Julia Rüsch, Ärztin für Psychosomatik, ARGE Psychosomatik Dr. Julia Rüsch, Univ.-Prof. Dr. Hans-Georg Zapotoczky & Partner, Fragebogen unter www.loosreport.com, erhellt, dass das Rauchen nicht eine Ursache von Erkrankungen ist, sondern eine Folge der Ursachen, die auch zur Erkrankung führen. Also wenn jemand raucht, dann zeigt dies eine Zerstörung des Fettstoffwechsels. Es klingt so einfach wie es da steht. Darunter versteht man einfach die Umwandlung von Cholesterin in Testosteron und Östrogen und das sind alles Fette. Hormone sind Fette.

Also wenn die Lebensform dazu führt, dass das Zusammenspiel der verschiedenen Körperstoffe, und in der Folge auch Hormone, durcheinander ist, das kann man korrekter nicht beschreiben, dann ist eine Folge davon das Rauchen, weil man mit dem Rauchen über den Nikotinrezeptor im Hirn, der tatsächlich ein Sexualrezeptor ist, in das System von Cholesterin, Testosteron und Östrogen dämpfend eingreift.

Also Rauchen ist weder gesund noch ungesund. Es ist ungesund, weil es stinkt und alle belästigt. Aber entscheidend sind die Ursachen und nicht erst das Rauchen.

Wenn es in der Medizin Forschungen gebe wie es diese im Autobereich gibt, dann würde man erforschen was die Ursachen sind, dass die längst gelebt habende Frau, und damit der längst gelebt habende Mensch, die bis 119 ein Jahrhundert lang geraucht hat und 122 Jahre alt wurde, ein so hohes Alter erreichen konnte und ohne den Krebstod zu erleiden. Oder wie es sein kann, dass Helmut Schmidt trotz Rauchen 96 Jahre alt wurde. Die Antwort hier ist ganz einfach. Indem er fremdgegangen ist.

Und warum hat sich Helmut Schmidt in seinen Memoiren als Fremdgeher geoutet und damit die Illusion der ewig treuen Ehe zerstört? Weil er einfach nicht mit einer Lüge sterben wollte und auch nicht wollte, dass man eine falsche Meinung hat und damit aus seiner Lebensform, einschließlich dem Rauchen, die falschen Schlüsse zieht. Deshalb war dieses Outing in seinen Memoiren medizinisch wichtig, so sehr dies auch alle diejenigen gestört hat, deren idyllische Gedankenwelt, die verlogen ist, damit gestört oder zerstört wurde.

 Ja kommt drauf, ich selbst bin vor einem Monat auf E Zigaretten umgestiegen, ich bin echt überascht was es da für ein Angebot an Geschmacksrichtungen gibt. Hey :) Wenn man aufhören will zu rauchen, dann kann man das auch machen. Nur muss man natürlich den Willen dazu haben und sich auch wirklich entscheiden.  Es gibt ja auch verschiedene Methoden und Wege, wie man aufhören kann zu rauchen. Es gibt gute Alternativen. Da muss man sich dann selber mal umschauen und gucken, wie man zurechtkommt.  In erster Linie sollte man es machen wegen seiner Gesundheit.  Ich persönlich habe ich dann auch eine E-Zigarette gekauft. Da habe ich die von Smok gefunden. Die sind echt gut, kann ich dir auch empfehlen.  Es gibt auch Liquid ohne Nikotin, kann man sich auch mal anschauen.

 Nun also ich denke es kommt darauf an welche Features (z.B. https://www.e-zigarette24.com/dampfer-lexikon/top-airflow/) man einerseits nutzt und wie viel Nikotin man dabei verwendet.

 Nun also ich würde ganz klar sagen, dass es ungesund ist. Selbst Kaffee wird ja immer wieder angezweifelt. Bei Kaffee würde ich ganz klar sagen, in geringeren Mengen von max. 3 Kaffees oder 5 Espressos pro Tag ist alles im grünen Bereich. Bzgl. gutem Espresso solltet ihr diesen Espressobohnen MariaSole kaufen.
