Aussee: Petrov von Hohenberg, Bertl und Fattinger systematisch betrogen
Es ist nicht denkmöglich, dass Hohenberg und Genossen Petrov, dem 50. reichsten Russen, einem der größten Autohändler Russlands, mit richtigen Zahlen weder 9 noch 27 Millionen Euro hätte abnehmen können.

Mir ist schon lange bewusst, dass Petrov von Hohenberg, Bertl und Fattinger systematisch betrogen wurde und betrogen wird.
Renatus Derler klagt Sergey Anatolevitsch Petrov auf monatlich Euro 1100,-- bis zur Pension, vorerst für 3 Monate – Streitwert EUR 35.000,--, damit Rechtsmittel an den Obersten Gerichtshof zulässig.

Die Derlers waren in allen Hohenberg, Bertl, Fattinger und 70% Anteilseigner Petrov GmbHs (Aussee -  Narzissenbad, Hotel Wasnerin, Reiterer Plateau)  bis 2.3. bzw. 6.4.2018 Geschäftsführer und Bevollmächtigte Petrovs.

Öffentliche Gerichtsverhandlung 27 Cg 30/18a Derler gegen Petrov 14.11.2018, 10 bis 15 Uhr, Saal 180, Landesgericht Wiener Neustadt.

Wirtschafts- und Korruptionsstaatsanwaltschaft ermittelt gegen Bürgermeister Franz Frosch, Stadtamtsdirektor Dr. Joachim Schuster wegen Korruption. Hubert Siegl wiederruft seine Behauptung nicht, dass Hohenberg Bürgermeister Frosch mit der Aussicht auf die Wasnerschen Lahngangalmanteile bestochen hat. Hohenberg und Frosch haben Siegl nicht geklagt.
Verdunkelungsgefahr? Freitag nachmittags, niemand mehr im Gemeindeamt Bad Aussee, Dr. Hohenberg wartet vor der Tür, Bürgermeister Frosch macht ihm persönlich auf.

Warum der Bürgermeister zuerst Marl, jetzt Frosch persönlich Kommanditist der Stadtgemeinde Bad Aussee Entwicklungs-und Infrastruktur-KG, FN 235531 w, ist, kann Altbürgermeister ebensowenig beantworten, wie warum die Firmenbuchsbílanz eine Beteiligung von EUR 4,5 Mio an der Narzissen Bad Aussee Betriebs GmbH ausweist, die es in deren Bilanz nicht gibt, sowie wie Dr. Hella Ranner für die saxinger chalupsky & partner rechtsanwälte gmbh Anwältin der Stadtgemeinde Bad Aussee wurde. Bürgermeister Frosch und Stadtamtsdirektor Dr. Schuster wollen dies nicht beantworten.

Gutachter der Wirtschafts- und Korruptionsstaatsanwaltschaft, (Honorar vorerst zu zahlen vom Staat EUR 26.000,--, erst mit Verurteilung durch die Täter), DI Klaus Richter teilt der WKSTA mit Wert der Wasner Liegenschaften mindestens EUR 9,5 Mio und nicht wie laut Hohenberg/Samek“Vertrag“ EUR 1,4 Mio, Schaden mindestens EUR 8,1 MIo.

Ohne durch die Mails Wasners ausgelöste Handlungen von Richtern, Staatsanwälten und anderen Aktiven wäre die Wirtschafts- und Korruptionsstaatsanwaltschaft nicht tätig und Gutachten nicht beauftragt worden und der Gutachtersvorbericht nie ergangen.

Am 14.11.2018, nachdem ich mir die Verhandlung angehört habe, hat es mir gegraust.

Ich bin zu der Verhandlung gegangen, weil ich wissen wollte, wie die Betrügereien Hohenberg im Zusammenhang mit dem Hotel Die Wasnerin und Narzissenbad Vital Resort, kurz Oberland und Gesellschaften, ablaufen und abgelaufen sind.

Mir ist schon lange bewusst, dass Petrov von Hohenberg, Bertl und Fattinger systematisch betrogen wurde und betrogen wird.

Petrovs Anwalt Rathkolb hat erwähnt, dass Petrov in Bad Aussee 27 Millionen gezahlt hat. Das ist noch weitaus mehr, als ich befürchtet habe.
Hohenberg, Bertl, Mandl, Schick, Fattinger, das ist alles eine Gruppe, wobei Mandl und Schick halt behilflich sein wollen, aber grundsätzlich nicht kriminell sind. Von Bertl und Fattinger wäre ich auch davon ausgegangen, allerdings sind die mit Hohenberg bereits so verstrickt, dass die gar nicht mehr anders können. Hohenberg ist jedenfalls eindeutig ein Betrüger.

Es ist nicht denkmöglich, dass Hohenberg und Genossen Petrov, dem 50. reichsten Russen, einem der größten Autohändler Russlands, mit richtigen Zahlen weder 9 noch 27 Millionen Euro hätte abnehmen können.

Ich kenne sämtliche Firmenbuchbilanzen aller dieser Hohenberg, Bertl und Fattinger sowie Petrov GesmbHs bis ins letzte Detail und ist es unmöglich dort nicht weiter laufend Verluste zu erwirtschaften.

Der Herr Derler und seine Frau, die ich nicht kenne, aber das wurde mir heute bewusst, dass der Herr Derler zwar in so Dingen wie Staatsbürgerschaft „extrem“ behilflich ist, aber ansonsten überfordert ist und natürlich von Hohenberg, Bertl und Fattinger benutzt wurde, dass seine Frau und er und auch wer sonst immer noch was zu unterschreiben hat, alles das unterschreibt, was man von Hohenberg, Bertl und Fattinger vorlegt und damit diese in der Lage waren über die Jahre diese enormen Verluste zu erwirtschaften.

Es nicht redlich denkmöglich, dass Petrov dort zu 9 bis 27 Millionen Euro Zahlung redlich von Seiten Hohenberg, Bertl und Fattinger zur Zahlung überzeugt werden konnte.

Alleine, dass da 1,1 Millionen Euro (zuzüglich EUR 135.000,-- von Petrov direkt) an die Derlers geflossen sind, ist natürlich in der Relation zu den 9 - 27 Millionen Euro und wenn daraus ein wirtschaftlicher Ertrag entsteht, natürlich durchaus in einem vernünftigen Rahmen, wenn dem allerdings ständige Verluste gegenüberstehen, dann ist das einfach das Schweigegeld für das Dulden von Handlungen von Hohenberg, Bertl und so weiter, wobei ich glaube, dass die beiden Derlers fachlich dazu nicht in der Lage waren, oder vielleicht irre ich mich, hier zu erkennen, dass sie dem Hohenberg auf den Leim gehen.

Dass Petrov Österreichischer Staatsbürger wurde, ist bereits eine große Leistung des Renatus Derler, wenn Petrov aber die russische Staatsbürgerschaft weiter behalten durfte, dann ist das fast ein Wunder. Das, von Petrovs Anwälten, Rathkolb, Kornfeind, schlecht zu machen oder mit Rechtsanspruch zu begründen, ist schlicht falsch.

Dass Hohenberg mit Mandl und Schick von sich auf Derler ablenkt ist seine betrügerische Kunst, dass dies die Derlers nicht wahrhaben ist darin begründet, wie Petrov richtig erkannt hatte, das Renatus Derler für gewisse Dienst sehr gut brauchbar ist, aber völlig ungeeignet ist, ebenso seine Frau, eine Kontrollfunktion  oder unternehmerische Position einzunehmen.

Es gilt für alle die Unschuldsvermutung und allen wurde von mir die Gelegenheit gegeben sich zu äußern.
