Wie funktioniert der Mann?
Was passiert eigentlich bei einem Mann, wenn er sexuelles Vergnügen empfindet?

Neben den persönlichen Neigungen gibt es grundsätzlich drei Arten der Stimulation des männlichen Glieds: Körperkontakt, Druck, Reibung.

Körperkontakt
Der Penis reagiert auf Berührung. Am liebsten ist dabei dem Mann natürlich der Körper des Partners. Die Berührung durch die eigene Hand bei der Selbstbefriedigung ersetzt lediglich jene durch den Partner. Die Berührung kann mit allen möglichen Körperteilen der Frau (oder bei homosexuellen Männern des anderen Mannes) passieren: Mit dem Mund, mit den Brüsten, mit der Hand, mit dem Genitalbereich, aber alleine der Hautkontakt ist bereits stimulierend: das Reiben am Oberschenkel, am Rücken, im Gesicht, am Bauch… Alles ist möglich.

Druck
Dies gilt vor allem für Hände und Vagina. Die meisten Männer bevorzugen es, wenn der Druck am Penis nicht zu schwach ist. Zu fest kann natürlich wiederum schmerzhaft sein. Hier gilt es, einfach auszuprobieren. Den Druck in der Vagina auf das Glied kann die Frau dadurch erhöhen, dass sie die Beckenbodenmuskeln bewegt. Diesen Muskelbereich kann man sehr einfach trainieren, indem man immer wieder den Geniatlbereich zusammenzieht, fast so, wie man es macht, wenn man den Drang, zu urinieren, unterdrücken will.

Reibung
Die Kombination aus Körperkontakt und Druck im Zusammenspiel mit Bewegung ergibt Reibung. Sofern dies nicht sowieso mit den Genitalien passiert, ist es die Nachahmung des Reibens des Glieds in der Vagina, was das Gefühl während des Geschlechtsaktes nachahmt und so die Erregung des Mannes steigert und schließlich zum Orgasmus führt. Natürlich gibt es zahlreiche Variationen hierbei, je nachdem, womit gerieben wird.

Die Intensität der Erregung des Mannes ist unterschiedlich während der verschiedenen Phasen des sexuellen Aktes, aber auch abhängig von den Gefühlen, die der Mann der Frau gegenüber hat. Kurz vor dem Orgasmus beschleunigen viele Männer die Bewegung, ähnlich des Endspurts beim Laufen, während sie bei der Ejakulation wieder langsamer werden oder komplett inne halten. Doch es ist nicht nur die Technik, die wichtig ist, auch die Gefühle spielen eine Rolle. Wie Männer ihren Höhepunkt zum Ausdruck bringen, ist von Mann zu Mann komplett verschieden. Manche schreien, andere pressen hingegen die Lippen fest zusammen. Bei manchen ist es stärker sichtbar, bei anderen kaum. All das ist allerdings nur selten aussagekräftig darüber, wie stark der Mann den Orgasmus empfindet.

Erinnerungen, Wünsche, die Situation, die Art der Berührung, Sprache… All das regt die Nerven an und leitet eine Erektion ein. Dabei wird der Blutzufluss in den Penis erhöht, die Schwellkörper füllen sich mit Blut, die Erektion entsteht. Beim Orgasmus kommt es zu krampfartigen Zuckungen. Diese Kontraktionen sind anfangs schnell, werden dann immer langsamer, das Sperma wird unter Druck aus dem Penis geschleudert. Die Menge an Samenflüssigkeit entspricht etwa einem Teelöffel. Da dabei die Prostata eine wesentliche Rolle spielt, ist auch die Stimulation der Prostata für manche Männer sehr erregend, allerdings zeigen viele Männer eine Abneigung dagegen, weil sie dies mit Homosexualität in Verbindung bringen, womit sie unter Umständen Probleme haben. Die Prostata kann direkt über den Anus oder aber über Druck mit dem Finger am Damm (zwischen Hosensack und Anus) ausgeübt werden.

Im Moment der höchsten Erregung schnellt die Blutzikulation nach oben, Brust und Wange werden rot, das Herz schlägt bis zu 180 Mal in der Minute. Nach dem Orgasmus kehrt der Penis im Normalfall recht schnell in seine normale Größe zurück. Es ist nicht möglich, sofort wieder eine neue Erektion zu bekommen. Die Genitalien sind nach dem Sexualakt sehr empfindldich, bei manchen sogar schmerzhaft. Dies ist auch der Grund, warum nur wenige Männer es mögen, wenn die Frau nach dem Sex weiter mit dem Penis „spielt“. Wollen Sie weiteren Körperkontakt, dann streicheln Sie lieber seine Brust oder kuscheln Sie sich an ihn. Allerdings spricht nichts dagegen, dass er, auch wenn er schon gekommen ist, Sie weiter stimuliert. Dies können Sie ihm klar machen, indem Sie es sagen oder indem Sie zum Beispiel seine Finger an die richtige Stelle führen.

5 männliche erogene Zonen

Auch wenn wir uns jetzt fast ausschließlich auf den Penis konzentriert haben und gerne behauptet wird, für den Mann gäbe es nur sein Glied als einzige erogene Zone, stimmt das nicht ganz. Folgende Bereiche sind auch für einen Mann stimulierend:

- Ohren und Bereich um die Ohren. Sind empfindlich und reagieren auf Zärtlichkeit.
- Genick. Vor allem in unterem Bereich.
- Die Brust. Manche Männer mögen es, wenn ihre Brustwarzen stimuliert werden.
- Die Wirbelsäule. Sehr empfindlich, vor allem oben beim Schulterblatt.
- Der Genitalbereich. Alles rund um den Penis: Schambein, Hodensack, innere Oberschenkel, Hintern.
