Sex während der Schwangerschaft
Sie müssen nicht auf Sex verzichten, nur weil Sie schwanger sind

Während manche Frauen während ihrer Schwangerschaft wenig bis gar keine Lust auf Sex verspüren, blühen andere regelrecht auf und haben ein größeres Verlangen nach Sex als in der Zeit vor der Schwangerschaft. Wie es hierbei um das Empfinden bestellt ist, ist ganz individuell und kann sich im Verlauf der Schwangerschaft auch ändern. In der Regel haben viele werdende Mütter Bedenken und Sorgen, weshalb manche sogar aus Angst, dem Ungeborenen zu schaden, auf Sex verzichten. Häufig gestellte Fragen sind hierbei: Darf ich weiterhin wie gewohnt Sex haben? Können die Kontraktionen meinem Kind schaden? Sind alle Stellungen unbedenklich? Wie groß ist die Infektionsgefahr?

Darf ich während der Schwangerschaft Geschlechtsverkehr haben?

Sex während der Schwangerschaft stellt in der Regel kein Problem dar. Solange die Fruchtblase noch nicht geplatzt ist und keine Schwangerschaftskomplikationen vorkommen, wie Placenta Praevia (siehe unten), Blutungen, Wehen oder sonstige Frühgeburtsbestrebungen, steht Ihrem Sexualleben nichts im Wege.

Es kann vorkommen, dass nach einem Orgasmus Kontraktionen in der Gebärmutter auftreten, die allerdings keine Geburt einleiten und daher meistens unbedenklich sind.

Schadet Sex dem Baby?

Nein, das Ungeborene wird beim Geschlechtsverkehr nicht verletzt. Der Muttermund wird durch einen dicken Schleimpfropf verschlossen. Dadurch sind auch Infektionen im Unterleib ausgeschlossen. Das Ungeborene wird durch Fruchtblase und die starken Muskeln der Gebärmutter geschützt. Auch wenn der Fötus nach Ihrem Orgasmus wild herumzappelt und aktiver ist als sonst, heißt das nicht, dass ihr Baby Schmerzen hat. Die Bewegungen werden durch Ihren erhöhten Blutdruck und Herzschlag ausgelöst.

Wann sollte man keinen Geschlechtsverkehr haben?
- bei Blutungen
- bei Unterleibsschmerzen oder Bauchkrämpfen
- nachdem die Fruchtblase geplatzt ist
- bei einer vorangegangenen Muttermundschwäche (Zervixinsuffizienz)
- bei einer tieferliegenden Placenta (Placenta Praevia)

Psychische Belastungen:

Wie oben angeführt stellt Sex während der Schwangerschaft in den meisten Fällen auf physischer Ebene kein Problem dar. Oftmals macht Ihnen aber die Psyche einen Strich durch die Rechnung. Besonders Frauen, die das erste Mal schwanger sind, sind sehr mit sich und den Veränderungen ihres Körpers beschäftigt, und blenden das Thema Sex daher völlig aus. Die eigenen Bedürfnisse und die Bedürfnisse des Partners treten dann in den Hintergrund.

Für Männer ist die Schwangerschaft auch oft ein Grund für Verunsicherung. Sie müssen lernen damit umzugehen, etwas in den Hintergrund zu rücken, und andererseits steht plötzlich das Thema der Verantwortung für ein anderes Leben im Raum. Damit sind oft auch Existenzängste verbunden. Schließlich kommt hinzu, dass ein Baby die Bindung zwischen zwei Menschen auf eine gewisse Art und Weise verstärkt, da man nun gemeinsam Verantwortung trägt.
All diese Unsicherheiten und Veränderungen können dazu führen, dass die Lust auf Sex gering bis gar nicht vorhanden ist. Dies bedeutet jedoch nicht, dass Sie Zärtlichkeiten und Zuwendung ganz aufgeben müssen. In erster Linie ist es wichtig, Rücksicht aufeinander zu nehmen und gemeinsam das zu tun, was beiden Partnern Spaß macht und zu einer schönen Zweisamkeit verhilft.
